Off Leash Control - The Aim of Advanced Level Dog Training

Off leash??? Every dog owner wants to be able to say that their dog is reliable whether a leash is on or not. OK, maybe partly because it sounds cool, but mostly because of the control and safety that it gives you and your dog.

At Precision K9, our Advanced Level builds upon everything taught in the Novice and Intermediate Levels. All these commands are further strengthened and distraction-proofed.... without a leash on!


Don't worry, your dog will never run away, because we don't take the leash off until you are 150% sure that your dog will obey! How do we get to that point? Training moves in tiers - tier 1 is on a 6 ft. leash, tier 2 is on a long line, and tier 3 is e-collar training (leading to naked dog training). Most students will use an electronic dog collar during their 3rd tier of training. This is the step that must be taken before you can do "naked dog" training - no leash, no collar.

Also taught in this course is Basic Retrieving, or fetch.

The Advanced Level is a 6 months course, with one 45 minute lesson each week. How much does it cost? $230
Another option you can choose to do is a 1 Year Training Membership, where you'll save $50 on 6 months of Intermediate and 6 months of Advanced Level training.
