Shannon, my dog didn't just "start" the aggressive behavior, but we DID move recently into an apartment by ourselves. Before that, I had owned my own place for my entire life. Ne has never liked other dogs, especially small ones.
Before I saw your comments, I was in the process of getting a Herm Sprenger collar for him. Everyone I talk to, including you, seems to think it will work very well. It might not change his attitude, but WILL change his behaviors!
